Users may request deletion of their Mega POS account by contacting Mega POS Support. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email support@vozua.com using the email or phone number linked to your account.
  2. Use the subject: Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your business name, username, phone number, and reason for deletion.
  4. Mega POS Support may contact you to verify ownership before deleting the account.

Data That Will Be Deleted

After verification, we may delete or deactivate account access, login credentials, staff profile details, support messages, and other account-related personal information where applicable.

Data That May Be Retained

Some transaction, payment, tax, accounting, audit, legal, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.

Processing Time

We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying ownership of the account.
