Account Deletion

Vozua SMS users can request deletion of their app account and associated personal information by contacting Vozua support.

How to Request Deletion

• Email info.vozua@gmail.com from the email address used for your Vozua SMS account.
• Use the subject line: Vozua SMS Account Deletion Request.
• Include your account email, business name, and phone number so we can verify ownership.

What Will Be Deleted

After verification, we will delete or deactivate account access and remove personal profile data where deletion is legally and operationally possible.

What May Be Retained

Some billing, payment, message delivery, anti-abuse, telecom compliance, security, and legal records may be retained for the period required by applicable law, payment providers, telecom providers, or legitimate security obligations.

Timing

Deletion requests are normally reviewed within 7 business days after account ownership is verified.
