Vozua SMS is a secure business messaging app operated by Vozua Holdings Ltd. The app connects to the Vozua SMS production service at https://vozua.app/sms to provide bulk SMS campaigns, wallet recharge, Sender ID workflows, contacts, delivery reporting, and account administration.
Information We Process
To provide the service, Vozua SMS may process account details, business profile information, phone numbers, contact lists, SMS recipients, SMS content, campaign history, delivery reports, wallet and purchase history, Sender ID requests, API/session tokens, device/session metadata, and support requests.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Send SMS campaigns and transactional messages requested by users.
- Manage wallet balances, SMS units, purchase history, and recharge workflows.
- Provide delivery reports, message status, contacts, Sender ID administration, and customer support.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, spam, unauthorized access, and comply with legal or telecom requirements.
Biometric Login
Fingerprint and face authentication are handled by the device operating system. Vozua SMS does not receive, store, or transmit fingerprint images, face images, or biometric templates. When biometric login is enabled, the app stores only a secure mobile session token using protected device storage.
Sharing and Service Providers
Vozua SMS does not sell personal data. Where required to provide the service, information may be processed by SMS gateways, telecom networks, payment/mobile money providers, hosting providers, security/compliance partners, or support tools under appropriate operational safeguards.
Security
The service uses HTTPS, server-issued mobile tokens, secure device storage, optional biometric authentication, role-based access controls, and operational monitoring. Users are responsible for protecting passwords, devices, API keys, and account access.
Data Retention
We retain account, billing, message, and delivery data for as long as needed to operate the service, meet telecom/payment record requirements, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable laws.
