Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Vozua SMS, a business messaging service for SMS campaigns, Sender ID workflows, contacts, reporting, wallet recharge, and API messaging.
Permitted Use
Users must send only lawful, permission-based messages. Users are responsible for recipient consent, message content, campaign targeting, account users, passwords, devices, and API keys.
Prohibited Use
- Spam, fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, or illegal content.
- Messages that violate telecom, payment, privacy, consumer protection, or anti-abuse requirements.
- Attempts to bypass account limits, Sender ID restrictions, security controls, or platform rules.
- Unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with the service.
Sender IDs
Sender ID access, including the VOZUA Sender ID, may be approved, whitelisted, limited, trial-only, suspended, or disabled by an administrator according to platform, provider, telecom, and compliance rules.
Wallet, SMS Units, and Delivery
Wallet credit is converted into SMS units using the active platform rate. Delivery depends on third-party SMS gateways and telecom networks. Delivery outcomes may vary by carrier, recipient status, network availability, and compliance filtering.
Suspension and Termination
Vozua may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security or compliance risk, abuse the platform, or fail to meet payment and verification requirements.
